Jesse Frederick-Conaway is Everett Conaway’s son, and he joined Conny and Ralph Riggleman in the SOFR System project in 2003, shortly after relocating to the DelMarVa Peninsula from Los Angeles, California.
As a film & television composer and entrepreneur, Jesse cofounded Stiletto Music, Inc., which operated from his own private recording studio in Burbank, California. As President of Stiletto Music, with his partner Jesse wrote, produced and performed the music and theme songs for dozens of movies and successful television programs. Some of those shows include: Full House; Step By Step; Family Matters; Perfect Strangers, Two Of A Kind and many more. Jesse has been celebrated in national publications including Rolling Stone Magazine, Billboard, Cashbox, the Associated Press and the Los Angeles Times. He has won many prestigious awards including the American Society Of Composers Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) awards for: Top Five Television Shows; Most Performed Theme Songs; Most Performed Underscore and was recognized by the Nielsen Ratings System as one of the Top 15 contemporary composers.
When Jesse retired from Stiletto Music, and he and his family relocated to Delaware, Conny seized the opportunity to ask Jesse to reunite with him in this new venture. Jesse was not new to the poultry industry. Throughout his teenage and early adult years, Jesse learned the poultry processing industry as a plant laborer from the inside out. Conny, with unprecedented knowledge and a historical overview of the industry, " ... knew that my son had just the right combination of international experience coupled with highly honed skills in technology, communication and business to head up Conaway Development Industries, Inc. and the SOFR System Project..."
